State of the Plate – From Production to Public Health

StateoftheplateThis month CCED’s Laura Brown partnered with Family Living Specialist Amber Canto to present the “State of the Plate: Wisconsin’s food system from production to consumption” at the Wisconsin Local Food Network Annual Summit in Ashland, Wisconsin.  The presentation provides an overview of effective use of data in community education and highlights data available through the new online portals www.foodsystems.wisc.edu and www.foodsecurity.wisc.edu.
